How It Works

A simple process from first request to next step

Atlas Connect uses a structured review process so requests can be handled more clearly from the beginning. Not every request follows the same path, but every request starts with an initial request and review.

The goal is to reduce wasted back-and-forth, improve clarity, and make the next step easier to confirm.

Process

What happens after you submit a request

01

Submit the request form

You share the basic request details, including the product, quantity range, timeline, and type of support needed.

02

We review fit and clarity

We check whether the request is clear enough, realistic enough, and suitable for this kind of support.

03

We may ask for more detail

If important details are missing, we may ask you to complete a follow-up form before confirming the next step.

04

Suitable requests may move to a Starter Review or scoped quote

Depending on the request, the next step may be a structured Starter Review or a scoped quote for wider paid work.

05

Paid work begins after scope confirmation

Coordination work begins only after the scope is clear and the paid step has been confirmed in writing.

After Review

Possible outcomes after review

Not every request moves to the same next step.

Not a fit

Some requests may be declined if they are too unclear, too risky, outside scope, or not suitable for this service.

More detail needed

Some requests need clarification first. In those cases, we may send a follow-up form before confirming the next step.

Starter Review or scoped quote

Suitable requests may move to a Starter Review or directly to a scoped quote, depending on the type and clarity of the request.

What this process does not mean

  • Submitting a form does not create a service contract
  • Not every request is accepted
  • Paid work begins only after scope confirmation

Ready to start?

If your request is business-focused, reasonably clear, and suitable for review, the request form is the best next step.
